1. Deuxième séjour au Warwick Le Crystal depuis février et toujours le même service empressé, le même calme, la même qualité. Nous aimons aussi beaucoup le restaurant SIAM, adjacent à l'hôtel et accessible de l'intérieur qui offre aussi le "room service".
2. I loved my stay at the Warwick Hotel - such great customer service and attention to detail from the staff. The rooms are state of the art and affordable for the service and amenities offered. I was there for a yearly work event and the event staff was always so prompt at reponding to our requests and promptly made themselves available to us whenever we needed assistance. I was received with a handwritten letter in my room from one of the hotel congress manager - such a personalized touch!
3. Love this hotel! In fact, I loved the room we had. Elegant and comfortable. Close to the hockey arena, I just wish we had better weather while visiting so we could have walked around more and enjoyed the location it was in. 100% would recommend.
4. Un endroit exceptionnel! Le service est formidable, les employés sont gentils et attentionnés (réception, valet, service aux chambres, etc.). Les enfants sont accueillis comme des reines et rois. Ils ont droit à leur propre carte d’accès (grande sélection d’image), un peignoir à leur taille dans la chambre ainsi que des pantoufles. À la piscine, il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin : flotteurs, planches de nage, spaghettis. L’eau est très confortable et la vue est impressionnante sur le centre-ville de Montréal! Les chambres sont grandes (suite 2 lits king) et au goût du jour. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est délicieux! Vraiment, cet hôtel est parfait pour les escapades en famille dans la métropole !
5. Our stay at the Warwick Le Crystal was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We left feeling completely pampered and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel!
6. Right downtown and close to the metro so everywhere is easy to get to. The staff were amazing and very friendly. They were quick to get anything we needed. We stayed in the junior sweet with had plenty of space and everything was clean and very nice. Great hotel and we would stay here again!
