1. Super expérience à cet hôtel. Lit confortable, propre et très peu bruyant. Le déjeuner fournit est plus que satisfaisant. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement , près de l'autoroute 15 , du centropolis .
2. Hard to beat for the price. The service is friendly and professional. The place looks nice. Rooms are nice and clean. We had the room with fireplace and only downside is the bed placement makes up prone to hit it and hurt ourselves (not enough place between wall and bed). Another minor inconvenient was the curtains don't block the light but we had to wake up early so it was ok. There is also a breakfast buffet included and was better than expected just a little bit cold. There is also a cosy bar with fireplace and piano. Next time in town will probably go back.
3. We've been loyal guests of Le St-Martin Hotel in Laval since they opened their doors in 2003, and it remains one of the few places where we feel genuinely comfortable when visiting the area. This hotel has consistently provided an exceptional experience, making it our top choice every time. The rooms at Le St-Martin are notably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every visit. The overall ambiance of the hotel is inviting and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Customer service at Le St-Martin is truly A1. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor and prompt service have been a constant through the years, adding to the hotel's charm. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary breakfast buffet. They offer a variety of delicious options that cater to different tastes. However during our recent stay, we noticed a slight change—there were no fresh fruits available, which they usually have. Instead, there was a fruit salad. While it was still tasty, we missed having the option of fresh fruits. Despite this minor hiccup, we wholeheartedly recommend Le St-Martin Hotel to anyone planning a stay in Laval. Its consistent quality, comfort, and exceptional service make it a standout choice. We look forward to many more stays in the years to come.
4. Excellent déjeuner. Il y avait de tout. On s'est régalé. C'est mon point fort. Malheureusement, nous avons eu une chambre collé sur l'ascenseur. Nous avons entendu l'ascenseur et les gens qui parlaient dans le corridor de 22h à 3am. Je me suis réveillée souvent et j'ai très mal dormi et je n'y retournerai pas. Peut-être que les autres chambres sont mieux mais mon avis est que c'est très mal insonorisé dans le corridor et on entend tout. La chambre elle-meme était bien. L'emplacement est super à Laval.
5. Nice and cozy with beautiful Christmas decorations for the holidays. The bed was comfortable and the robes very good. Everything was very clean, shining white towels and sheets. Breakfast included a lot of choices but stacked in a narrow place. Food is very affordable in the lobby restaurant while drinks are a bit expensive. What bothered us is the loud sound from the heating and the small number of bathing products (no toothbrush unless u ask for and go to the reception to get and no body lotion). Overall it was a nice experience for a winter stay and we bet it is even better in summer with the pool and garden.
6. Je suis allé à l'hôtel avec ma femme qui venait d'être opéré. Elle était très somnolente et incapable de marcher. Les propriétaires nous ont personnellement aidé à installer ma femme dans notre chambre, à peu près comme le ferait des préposés aux bénéficiaires. Ils nous ont même trouvé une chambre mieux adaptée. Très impressionné, jamais reçu un tel service dans un hôtel. Idéal pour une convalescence. Le déjeuner est aussi très impressionnant !
7. Le foyer dans la chambre de ma collègue était non fonctionnel quelqu’un est venu voir sans vraiment le réparer.. donc pas pu avoir le plaisir de prendre un drink près du feu. De plus dans ma chambre le lit était dur et il faisait trop clair dans la chambre , j’ai avisé la réception. Le déjeuner était copieux . J’y retournerai.
8. Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel à l'Hôtel Saint-Martin pour l'organisation de notre événement. Nous avions loué trois salles, toutes très bien aménagées, et l'hôtel a su créer une ambiance chaleureuse qui a contribué au succès de notre journée. Le personnel a été incroyablement attentionné, allant au-delà de nos attentes pour s'assurer que tout se déroule parfaitement. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil remarquable, avec une mention spéciale à Laura, qui a été tout simplement formidable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour l'organisation d'événements !
9. I stayed in this Hotel two years ago, it was kind of expensive but we had a great time. I like their breakfast 🥐🥐, the pool is very small and not exposed to the sun. The building was nice, the bed was comfortable enough for me. We enjoyed Canada!! Oh! What about this! Do not touch the fridge, drinks, snacks and 🍷 if you not willing to pay double price for them, very tempting with kids
