From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and every single detail was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. The ambiance was absolutely perfect—elegant yet inviting, creating a wonderful setting for such a special occasion. The food was nothing short of spectacular, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The quality and attention to detail in every course were simply outstanding. A very special shout-out to Tony, Pat, and the entire staff for their incredible service. Their attentiveness, kindness, and efficiency made the evening completely stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy this memorable event with our family and friends. 3. We shoot many weddings at Chateaubriand and from the moment you enter, you're greeted by stunning décor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The spacious ballroom, adorned with beautiful chandeliers, creates a romantic backdrop that truly enhances every moment of the event. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the exquisite table settings to the charming ambiance.
4. We recently had the honor of celebrating our wedding ceremony at Le Châteaubriand on February 22, 2025, in the stunning Silver Room, and we could not be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, the service was truly exceptional. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, and we felt so supported throughout the entire planning process and on our big day. We worked closely with Pat, who was incredible in guiding us through every step. He was always available to answer our questions and helped us navigate every detail with ease. Sonia was an absolute gem and took care of everything related to the seating chart, the images displayed, and the gender reveal photo—it all turned out beautifully. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The food was another highlight of the evening—every guest raved about the quality and presentation. It was truly exceptional! We’ve only heard great things about the meal, and it exceeded all expectations. Tony, the coordinator, was a true professional, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring that the night went off without a hitch. His organization and attention to detail were unparalleled. We also want to give a special mention to Tony’s wife, who took care of us at our table, making sure that my husband and I were always comfortable and well taken care of. We are so grateful to the entire team at Le Châteaubriand for making our wedding day flawless. The service was unmatched, and the entire evening was perfect thanks to their hard work. 6. We are couple 50+ , celebrated New Year Eve 2025 in Chateaubriand hall. Very happy of our choice. Food excellent! DJ excellent! Our waiter was super! So, very-very positive impression. One disadvantage - dancing area not big enough for guests number . It was around 360 guests. Every one wants to dance :) So, it was a dance-touch your neighbor.

We just got our wedding video back and relived the magic of the event, which prompted us to rave about our experience. From start to finish, Pat and Tony made us feel like we were in the best of hands. This wasn’t just a transaction; it was a deliberate choice to work with people who genuinely care and go above and beyond to make your day perfect. We mostly worked with Pat, and every interaction was met with the utmost care, kindness, and professionalism. He is a master of his craft, anticipating every detail and reassuring us along the way. The menu was incredible—vast, generous, and tailored to our preferences. Even our pickiest guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food. From the buffet selections to the plated meals and the midnight table, everything exceeded expectations. Special highlight on how expertly food allergies and intolerances were handled with extreme caution. Guests left thoroughly impressed with how looked after and satisfied they felt. The venue itself was pristine, beautifully maintained, and newly renovated. Our hall was set up with such elegance and warmth that it created the perfect ambiance for our celebration. The waitstaff and kitchen team were exceptional— efficient, kind, friendly, and always accommodating. They ensured everything ran smoothly, and the bar service was top-notch, even with a high demand throughout the night. We would choose Le Châteaubriand again in a heartbeat and often joke that we’d get married all over again just to host another event here. Pat and Tony, thank you and each of your incredible staff for making our special day unforgettable. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a flawless, memorable celebration!
8. Je suis allée plusieurs fois au Châteaubriand pour des mariages et anniversaires et je viens de vivre une expérience complètement différente. J’ai organisé un colloque sur la santé mentale avec une collègue. Deux journées à plus de 300 personnes chacunes et ce fut un succès! Le personnel est disponible, agréable et souriant! Les salles sont belles et propres et les repas toujours frais et à la hauteur! Merci Pat de nous avoir tous reçus avec tant de professionnalisme. Je vous le suggère fortement pour ce type d’événement ou tout autre rassemblement!
